I bought some “Iron Master”:http://ironmaster.com dumbbells and a super bench and it was finally delivered! I will have a review after my first real workout.

Initial thoughts are that the dumbbells once set up feel very close to dumbbells at a gym. The super bench seems to be very sturdy. I will have some pics soon. I can’t wait to be sore.

Here is a poem I came up with in the shower this morning.

brittle as flint
strong as steel
garden is the past

The Bears are going to the playoffs. Let’s hope they make it to the championship game! I hope Rex can pull it off…I hope…I hope…I hope…then I cry when they lose.
